Preparing to conduct a major re-launch of its Quilted Northern bath tissue line, the organization had the opportunity to address the efficiency of its consumer products supply chain.
With more than a thousand projects completed between 2009 and 2012, Beck was enlisted to improve packaging design and premedia production. Beck recommended that Georgia-Pacific needed to streamline the graphics workflow and to implement safeguards that would ensure print quality and consistency.
As with every project, Beck began with a thorough audit of existing practices. The analysis focused specifically on premedia and packaging design, including interaction between marketing, legal and engineering departments.
With the audit data in place, Beck customized a Premedia Workflow CompressionSM process.
